7 physician academic hospitalist group in Tucson is looking to grow. They have both family practice and internal medicine residents. Work a 7 on a 7 off shift model with 12 hour shifts. No call. The census averages between 10 and 20 depending on the season. Work at only one hospital with over 350 physicians on staff. They are offering a 150,000 base salary plus bonuses. The cover malpractice, relocation, health/dental, life, disability, licenses and dues, 22 vacation days, retirement plan and CME allowance.
