Phoenix Arizona the place to be-Come join one of the premier physician owned and operated Hospitalist companies in the country. Immediate need for BE/BC Hospitalist in the Phoenix market place in addition to a 3 year partnership Register or log in for contact information Schedule. Some are working Wed-Sun with Mon-Tues off. (5:2) Some are Sat-Wed with Thurs-Fri off. (5:2) Some are Mon thru Fri and every third weekend. (5:2, w/1:3 weekends) This rotates every 6 weeks. So it remains fair to all physicians and your days off vary. The night call is the same as listed above. Productivity model with base guarantee. The base guarantee is $190K and productivity bonus of 50% of collections in addition to a quality bonus of 5% on top of your salary.
