Hospitalist needed in Little Rock metro area. Join a two man group in a Little Rock bedroom community medical center. This is a new group and program to the facility and the physicians are employees. Facility is 175 beds and the current physicians are seeing 2530 patients per day and working only days 85 and rotating call with one other primary care physician for call of 1:3. Another physician would increase that to 1:4. Excellent salary with benefits and 100% productivity bonus after overhead is met. Currently the docs are only admitting and seeing primary care referrals but the surgeons and specialists are clamoring to get to refer their patients as well. This can happen with another physician on board. MD or DO internal medicine residency programs FMG or H1B is ok with excellent communication skills. 15 minutes from downtown Little Rock. They will schedule interviews and offer a contract very quickly to the right candidate. Would like to have the new doc on board very soon and will wait on Arkansas licensure.
