Job Description

BE/BC Hospitalist needed in NW Arkansas. FP or IM. Established program in 300 bed acute care facility. Anticipated being a 24/7 coverage practice. Group will be 5 docs Looking at block scheduling of 7on/7off and 12 hour shifts. Clinically they will manage a variety of pathology the unassigned patients as well as direct hospitalist referrals from outpatient only physicians. They should be willing and we will train to intubate put in central lines etc. Open ICU but Pulmo runs the vents. Minimum salary 180K two year guarantee productivity bonus possible after year 1. All benefits. Beginning no later than 10/1 and hopefully by 9/1. MD or DO. J1 or H1B.
