Salary is Negotiable DOE, Malpractice insurance and all practice costs are covered to include staffing, billing and equipment, Completive benefit package that includes health, dental and 401K plan. Additional allowances totaling about $13,000. Also included is Relocation, CMEs 401K, Shareholder status, two years, with no “buy in”.
