Job Description

An 83 bed hospital located in northern Indiana is focused on health and the great quality of life, with award-winning schools. A Board Certified or Board Eligible (internal medicine) permanent Hospitalist is needed to join their community. This is considered a hybrid Hospitalist program and they are looking for someone who is comfortable with the management of unattached ER admissions, consultations, and ICU care. An ideal candidate would have the ability to read stress tests, EKGs, Holter monitoring, and pulmonary function testing (Echo cardiogram and experience in TEE preferred). Days and times are flexible with an option of: Monday – Friday days/evenings or 7 days on, 7 days off. As an employee of the Hospital, the financial package includes a generous salary with work RVU and quality-based bonuses, vacation and CME, 6 paid holidays, health and malpractice insurance, a fully-equipped office, staff management and billing services, paid relocation and moving expenses, and assistance with medical school loan obligations.
