Excellent Hospitalist Opportunity-IM or FP in Southeast Kentucky

Job Description

Southeast, KY – IM or FP - Full-time hospitalist position – 4 days on / 4 days off. The team will be two full-time physicians supplemented with a mid-level 5 days per week and an additional internal medicine physician on the weekends. Excellent compensation package with benchmarking incentive (completion of medical records, committee participation, etc.), and a productivity incentive of $30 per admission, $10 per patient daily round, and $20 per discharge (other amounts for procedures, consults, etc.). Projected daily volume of 20 – 22 patients – should generate a productivity bonus of around $50k. Optional benefits include health, dental, disability, life insurance, 401-kCME Allowance, dues and subscriptions, relocation allowance, etc. Vacation of 3 shifts per year / CME of 1 shift per year. Employed position – although they would entertain an independent contractor status. Eligible for H1-B status. southeast Kentucky located 1 1/2 hours from Knoxville.
