Fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Hendersonville Medical Center’s highly trained medical staff consists of 200 physicians representing 30 specialties.
HMC, part of the TriStar Health System, is a 120-bed community-based progressive medical center with the latest equipment and comprehensive medical and surgical programs including world class Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Cardiology and Neurosurgery services. To meet the growing needs of the community, Hendersonville Medical Center recently completed a construction project that included a new state-of-the art Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and Medical Office Building attached to the Medical Center. In addition, the facility also completed a $13 million renovation of the surgical services area as well as opened an Outpatient Imaging Center ($9.1 million) consisting of GE Lightspeed 16-slice CT scanner, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray and Bone Densitometry.
