27900 - Locum tenens Hospitalist job opportunity in Kentucky! Beautiful mountains of Kentucky await a board certified Internal Medicine physician to work as a Hospitalist. Client has a need for 1 or 2 nocturnists starting immediately; this need will be ongoing while a permanent physician is recruited. The schedule is flexible; the candidate can work either 7on/7off or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Patient volume will average around 20 per day. The locums will need to be comfortable with ICU procedures, but there is backup. There is no call involved. The community offers a wide variety of activities, including music, theatre, art galleries, antiques, pools, water parks, and fishing.
