This community is nestled between Lake Cumberland and the Daniel Boone National Forest. It attracts over 1.5 million tourists per year. The lake is one of the largest man made lakes in the nation and its 1255 miles of shoreline serves as a great place for boating, fishing, and skiing. Its southern hospitality makes guests feel right at home. Also while in Somerset, enjoy the fun recreational activities at Rocky Hollow Park and catch the Somernites Cruise Car Show.
This regional hospital is a 259-bed JCAHO-accredited acute care facility that is located in beautiful south central Kentucky and recently completed a $55 million dollar construction project that added a five story patient tower. The opportunity is for one hospitalist to join and established practice of five hospitalists. Day shifts only! 7a-7p, 7on/7off schedule. Total patient encounters is 15. Physicians will be rounding on the in patients only. ICU handled by intensivists. Physician will work 15 shifts per month but can work additonal shifts for $917 per shift.

Compensation is $165k physicians can take additional shifts at $917 per shifts
sign on is $15k and relocation is $12k - $15k, loan repayment is an option for the right candidate.
