Hospitalist Position in NE MA

Job Description

Director, Hospitalist Program for hospital, a 177 bed community hospital located thirty minutes west of Boston.
Selected BC Internist will provide clinical and administrative leadership and be an active hospitalist along with an established and stable team of 10.
Hospitalists manage all admissions and attend for 45 primary care physicians from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm daily.
Demonstrated program management and/or leadership, solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative management approach strongly desired.
It has earned the JCAHO gold seal of approval.
Over 33,000 emergency department admissions; over 14,000 day surgeries; almost 46,000 rehab treatments; 45,000 home care visits; 300,000 individuals served each year. There are 270 active medical staff members with 56 in primary care specialties
