Expanding physician- owned Hospitalist organization is seeking to add several Hospitalist to 2 Acute- Long term Care Rehab facilities Mon - Friday schedule 9- 5 average 16 pts per day or 1.9 encounters per hour, Director positions are also available.. Compensation is 155k + approximately $20K in weekend rounding pay, call is minimal 1:8 weekdays (phone only), and 1:4 weekends. Once program is mature, further bonuses based on performance metrics and increasing % of collections. The facilities have 3 physiatrist and 4 IM's on staff. Malpractice is covered, occurrence based, $2,500 CME allowance per year, Full Employee medical and dental, 401K plan will be instituted in the first 6 to 8 months.
