Job Description
Coastal Mass, South of Boston. 370 bed facility is seeking to add several Hospitalist to an expanding group. The group covers Mon- Fri 40 hours per week. Hospital has established Nocturnist. Block Schedule is available. Full Specialty backup. Compensation is at least 155k plus based on experience, in addition a bonus for working greater than 40 hrs per week and taking additional call. Average 1.8 pt encounters per hour. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO, 2500 CME allowance, Occurrence based malpractice, employee medical and dental, 401k and potential sign on bonus.
