Practice Details: * Join a continually growing Hospitalist program at a Clinical Campus of Michigan State University. * The organization offers 5 fully accredited residency training programs with approximately 80 residents. * Daytime work hours from 9 am to 5 pm. Call 1:5, residents take first call. * Hospitalists work in teams of two with residents and see patients in either a clinic or the hospital as per the weekly schedule. Hospital & Group Information: * This organization offers community-based, fully-accredited residency training programs in: Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Family Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Internal Medicine. * Formal affiliation with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine (MSU-CHM) means that residents and faculty benefit from daily interaction with third- and fourth-year medical students who are completing their clinical training. * Close to 80 resident physicians make up the organization's house staff. Residents rotate among our member hospitals, which have a combined bed capacity of nearly 1,000, and feature state-of-the-art facilities and the best in medical care. Compensation: * Guaranteed salary of $160k with excellent benefits. * Full family benefits, life insurance, dental and malpractice insurance with tail coverage as well as loan repayment, 401K, and $3,000 in relocation. * Negotiable sign-on bonus.
