300 tertiary care center in Montana is starting up a new hospitalist program. Hospital has two coming and looking to hire 2 more initially and hopefully build up to 8. Shifts will be 12 hours, 7 days on and 7 days off. Salary based with productivity based on volume and quality. Full benefits package, mal-practice, health, dental, CME, $5,000 towards CME, retirement and 10k towards moving expenses. There is no managed care
