Job Description

Location: Great area for families. A lot of restaurants, malls, culture, sporting events, concerts, etc. Top schools in the state. Great area to raise a family, with low cost of living and access to Rochester, Syracuse and NY city.

Facility/Opportunity: Position is to work with ED Group that provides ED Physicians and Hospitalist to the program. They provide the ED contract to two hospitals in the area. The town of Alfred is directly in between the two. Need is to add 2 Hospitalists to existing Hospitalists. Coverage is on a block schedule with some admissions to the ICU. Opportunity with group for partnership in 1-2 years. Physicians will work at both hospitals but only at a hospital for a week and not going back and forth during the week. Physicians can live anywhere, but suggestion is to look at Alfred, NY which is directly in between the two hospitals and the top town for schools, activties, housing, etc. in the area.
