Job Description

We are assisting a hospital in a growing Philadelphia suburb with the recruitment of an additional physician for their Hospitalist program. Below are some points of interest:

195 bed hospital currently employs 5 Hospitalists and seeks a 6th provider. Physicians typically work 10-12 hour shifts for a total of 40 hours per week. They are averaging 10 admissions per shift. Night time admissions are covered by the ED physicians, but the Hospitalist group does provide backup call on a 1 in 6 rotation. This will be a hospital employed position with a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package being provided by the hospital.
