Job Description

Hospital is looking for two (2) hospitalists for a two hospital system in Eastern PA. Hospitals will be managing the program. The hospitals are 5 miles (7 minutes) apart. Typical census will be 15-25 patients. All primary docs in the area support the program. The hospital will also recruit two PAs to provide overnight coverage. Expected call is 1 in 5 at night and every third weekend. Salary is 150k to 170k, depending on experience, with usual health insurance, malpractice and benefits covered. This is strictly a private practice model with no office patients. Hospital system is guaranteeing income x 3 years. Cost of living is lower than average.
