Immediate Hospitalist need in Pennsylvania
Job Description
The Hospitalists do see ICU patients, but usually have a critical care doctor on the case to manage vents
The doctors do not have to be in house at all times
Not responsible for codes
No procedures as there is plenty of support staff and consultants to do them
We are averaging about 12-15 patients per doctors during the weekdays….with locums coverage we should have a total census of 45 to 50 patients.
Average admits per day is 10 to 15.
We are needing 2 FT locums beginning in November
