Facility is located 60 miles East of Columbia, SC, 120 miles Southeast of Charlotte, NC, 150 miles Northeast of Charleston and 85 miles East of Myrtle Beach.
State of the art 116-bed hospital and medical campus that provides a full array of health services.. It was newly constructed in opened in 1999 and offers the latest laboratory technology, advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, a 12-bed intensive care unit, a pediatric wing and a state-of-the-art emergency department. The hospital serves the four surrounding counties of Chesterfield, Darlington, Lee and Marlboro. Numerous physician offices are conveniently located in the 45,000 s.f. Medical Office Building that is connected to the medical center.
The opportunity is for two Hospitalists to work with four others already on staff and to cover a 116 bed unit which census usually runs 90. The hospital would like to shorten the length of stay, hence the need for two and have a 7on/7off schedule. ICU is open, meaning that physicians will need to get privlidges so they can cover it.

Salary starts at $140k and goes up based on experience. Full benefits, CME, sign on, relocation and malpractice are all part of the compensation package.
