Location: Area is 45 minutes to downtown Charlotte and less to the suburban area of Rock Hill, SC. There are still communities that touch your heart because of their rich histories and deeply-rooted traditions, which include a hospitality that welcomes newcomers like old friends. Our charming little downtown, which is the highest elevation in the county, has been selected multiple times for movies.

Small towns are making a comeback – hometowns where you have the option of coming home for lunch, taking time to try your neighbor's new baked creation still hot from the oven - things that are gone from big cities and their suburban sprawls.

We live under 30 minutes to "big city amenities" such as big box retailers, Target, Pier One, and mega-plex movie theaters. Living right next to them may be a bit more convenient, but also means traffic congestion, much higher noise levels, it's more expensive, and we believe there is a sacrifice to the neighborliness with each other vs. such "commercialized" suburbs.

Facility/Opportunity: New Hospitalist program with 7 on 7 off schedule. Need is to admit med/surg patients and co-manage ICU patients. Patient volume is expected to be 12-15 per shift 1st year and goal is to grow that to 15-16 per shift by year two.

Compensation: MGMA standard with incentives and full benefits.
