Ideal opportunity for a BC/BE Pulmonologist to have a busy practice in growing, lake-side community with good reimbursment and malpractice rates. Hospital will financially support a physician to open their own practice, or join an existing Internal Medicine group. Call coverage available. Hospital also wishes physician to work closely with existing Sleep Lab.

Currently, the hospital has 50 physicians on active medical staff. The primary service market consists of approximately 50,000 people. The secondary market has approximately 40,000 people.

The county offers a varied and beautiful panorama of geographic features. From a magnificent 10,000-acre lake to the beauty of the Cumberland Mountains, few places can be found that offers the diversity and natural beauty of this area. A variety of recreational and cultural opportunities are available including a large state park complete with a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course.

Both the private and public school systems are highly rated. In addition, a four year university is located with the county boundaries.

Many major metropolitan areas are within an easy drive including Chattanooga, 1 hour; Huntsville, AL, 45 minutes; Nashville, 1 1/2 hours; Murfreesboro, 1 hour; Atlanta, GA, 3 1/2 hours.
