Southwest Vermont ~ we are currently looking for a Hospitalist to care for our daily average census of 10-20 inpatients. The new Hospitalist will be the Physician-of-record in place of the patients'' primary care provider until the patient is discharged and returned to their Primary Care Provider''s care. Patients include admissions to medical, intensive care, family practice and post-operative care. This service also provides night coverage for all inpatients for Internal Medicine and Family Practice. We offer the salary of $140,000 plus full benefits. Our community offers easy access to Albany, New York and provides many amenities locally. Fishing, hiking, hunting and boating are all popular pastimes and our theater company provides many performances throughout the year.
