Job Description
•Contract Term - 3 year employment agreement. WHS agrees to discuss the possibility of a two-year extension at the end of the initial 3 year term.
•Salary - Annual base salary of $175,000
•Sign-On Bonus-$25,000 bonus upon execution of Agreement.
•Bonuses - Eligible for performance and productivity bonuses
•Relocation Expense – Reimbursement up to $5,000 for moving expenses.
•Benefits - Eligible for WHS Employee Benefits, including retirement, medical, dental, vision for you and your family as outlined by the WHS benefits plan.
•Continuing Medical Education - $4,000 per year as outlined in the WPS Provider CME Policy.
•Malpractice Premium - to be paid by Wellmont, including tail coverage at 100%
•J1 Visa- WHS will sponsor Physician and be responsible for applicable fees.
