Job Description

Location: Close to Charlottesville, VA where alot of UVA grads stay in the area because after they come to the area they don't want to leave!!

Facility/Opportunity: Opportunity is to work with 4 other Internists. They rotate their schedules. You'll work one week as the hospitalist, admitting and handling inpatient for 6 Internists, the other weeks you will work in the clinic, seeing 20-25 patients per day and working a 4 1/2 day work week. They want someone who is comfortable admitting to the ICU. Hospital a 250+ bed regional medical center that took over for the two hospitals that were in neighboring communities. Millions of dollars were used to bring this hospital to the technologically advanced campus that it is. On campus is Lifetime Fitness for cardiac rehab, Pt, OT and as a general fitness center for people in the area. Brand new ICU, Cardiac area and ED area in the hospital with the latest in technology. Call for the patients in the practice is 1-5.

Compensation: MGMA salary with incentives and partnership track.
