Job Description

Due to acquisitions and unprecedented growth we are seeking to grow our current Hospitalist Program. We will accept either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians. We are seeking 2-3 initially.

Compensation Package Includes:
· $175,000 Base Salary
· Bonus Structured RVU Contract
· $25,000 Quality Bonus
· $25,000 Sign On Bonus
· Relocation Allowance $15,000

This Regional Medical Center is a 133 bed facility located in the mountainous southwest portion of the state. The facility has a primary service area of approximately 42,000 people and conveniently located approximately one hour from the Tri-Cities area which is comprised of Bristol Virginia/Tennessee, Kingsport, Tennessee and Johnson City, Tennessee.
This facility recently became part of a physician led regional system serving 22 counties in northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia and southeast Kentucky.
