7 DAYS ON 7 DAYS OFF

IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST

Please consider the following:

Help with the continued development of a first rate hospitalist group…

- Currently 8 physicians in the program going to 10-12
- They are covering 40 primary care physicians and 8-10 specialists
- Also cover unassigned patients coming to the ED
- Current specialists covered include, Neph, Neur, ID, and ONC
- There are 4 doctors on at a time
- The shifts are from 7-7
- 7 days on 7 days off, day shift, night shift then swing shift
- Swing shift comprised of a 2-10 shift but you are compensated for a full 12 hours
- Currently between 8-10 admits per 24 hour period
- Each physician covers between 10-12 inpatients during a shift with a maximum per physician at 15
- Great bonus potential
- Extra shifts can be picked up for $100/hr.
