The client seeks a caring compassionate physician, Board Eligible or Certified in Internal Medicine. A Geriatrics Fellowship would be a perfect fit. Family Medicine with no less than 5 years Geriatrics experience will be considered. I must say that this is a dream job for a Geriatrician.
Each facility has comprehensive care including Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Clinic, Dieticians, Mental Health and Social Services. You will be a member of an interdisciplinary team working together with a motto of “mutual respect.” The position is Medical Director with approximately 20% management and 80% day-to-day clinical work. The location is situated in a rural bedroom community between Seattle and Tacoma.
This is a full-time employed position, however, we will employ 2 part-time physicians to create 40 hours per week. $160,000 per year, $2,000 for relocation, reimbursed exchange time with days off, two weeks paid vacation and one week CME time, stand by or “call” pay – somewhat meager but available. all in-patients. Staff of RN’s, LPN’s and one PA. Medical, Dental, State Retirement.
