GREAT HOSPITALIST OPPORTUNITY IN THE NORTHWEST

Job Description

Practice: One of our clients is seeking a hospitalist to join a thriving, well organized 100 member multi-specialty practice serving a regional population of 150K in the perfect location in western Washington within one hour of Portland, the mountains and the beaches. They work 7 on 7 off, 12 hour shifts (7 AM to 7 PM) with no call and no nights. On average they care for 12 patients during a 12 hour shift. The ICU is semi-closed in that they have 4 pulmonary critical care physicians working in the ICU. There ED is the 2d busiest in the state. This is an employed position.
Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA national median, experience and internal equity. Salary in subsequent years is based on RVU production. And, a great benefits package.
Facility: This facility is a 150+ bed acute care hospital and Level III trauma center.
Qualifications: They will consider board eligible as well as board certified physicians and those that are just coming out of residency. They will consider those candidates on an H1B visa (if already under the cap).
