New Hospitalist needed in northern WI. The following are a few salient points pertaining to the practice.

Hospital is looking to add to their hospitalist program of 3 current physicians. Shifts will be 12 hours shifts, 18 to 20 shifts per month. Hospital is offering generous compensation plan and full comprehensive benefits package.

Location is 45 minutes north of Green Bay, an easy drive. Community is beautiful. Every physician I have sent there has loved it (I have placed several) Hospital offers a very physician friendly contract with no non-compete. They are not far from Door County which is known for its beauty and tourism. A lot of the physicians in the area have boats and spend time on the weekends in Door County. The winters in this area are not like you would think they actually do not get much snow in the winter. This is also a great place to raise a family. Community offers excellent schools, no crime and plenty to do outdoors as well as a quick 45 minute drive into Green Bay for sports, theater or anything else you could want. The 45 minute drive is an easy drive and not congested as it would be in a Metro area that would take you that long to get 10 miles.
