Facility/Opportunity: This is a fully accredited, acute-care facility with more than 200 physicians on staff. This Hospitalist program has been established for six years, but is expanding to meet the needs of our patients and physicians. Currently there are 7 Hospitalists, but the plan is to staff 8-10 Hospitalists and run a 7 days on/7 days off. Hospitalist are occasionally expected do intubation and ventilation maneuvers in the ICU. Patients per day: 10-15 per physician.
