Candidate must have US citizenship or proper Authorization to work, proficiency in written/spoken English. Possess and maintain ANY current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory or commonwealth of the U.S.

Reports to the Chief of Staff. Physicians will work full-time. The physician is highly skilled in the management of a patient’s primary care needs evaluation and treatment. The Outpatient Clinic places great emphasis on the delivery and continuity of Primary Care. A Team Practice model has been developed with each patient identified and placed with a primary care provider and on an outpatient team. The team will be responsible for the longitudinal management of the patient. The physician provides age-specific care for adults (20-over 75 years).
