This highly regarded healthcare system seeks BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join an existing group of 10 internists. This is an employed position with a generous benefit package.

The internist would be joining a very collegial group of physicians. Call is 1:5. The office is located next door to the hospital. Office hours are 4 ½ days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Intern will see approximately 10+ patients in a half day. Since there are not many other specialists in the area, the types of illnesses are diabetic, pulmonary, and cardiology, to name a few. .
The medical facility is a JCAHO accredited health center providing services to a 4,400 square mile area with a population of approximately 45,000 and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi reservations. The hospital has a 73-bed capacity and provides comprehensive inpatient/outpatient services to the community. The staff of medical providers is both extensive and impressive.
