Job Description

This practice will require a physician to approach medicine from an aspect of overall wellness and illness prevention while providing exceptional customer service.

Physician will see patients of all ages and will join join one other in a single specialty group. This particular practice is geared towards total individual wellness and illness prevention with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. There will be a minimum of 2 physicians practicing in each location. There is great growth potential with this practice. The model was designed to duplicate and we are expected to have a minimum of three locations here in Northwest Arkansas before moving to larger markets. There is an option for part-time job sharing available. There is a one-year MGMA standard income guaranteed sponsored by the hospital and an employment arrangement after the first year. There is life, health and dental insurance coverage available. CME and licensure stipend of $4000. All call is referred to the hospitalist program and new physician will go into the rotation with other physicians who have active hospital staff privileges.
