Permanent Internal Medicine opportunity in Colorado. This northeast Colorado town has the best of both worlds, small town charm with close proximity to one of the most popular cities in the country. You can enjoy skiing, hiking, scenic mountain views or a number of other great recreational activities. My client is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practitioner to join this multi-specialty group and work alongside three other Internists and one Pulmonologist. The call schedule is currently 1:4 with both admitting and rounding on your patients. This is a busy practice averaging around 25 patients per day. If you are interested in starting your own solo practice, my client is willing to sponsor you and will give you $12k to start-up. They are offering a 1 year income guarantee of $170k, relocation allowance of $10k and all standard benefits including paid malpractice and expenses. After the first year, enjoy a base salary plus productivity incentive. Student loan repayment or sign-on bonus is negotiable.
