Job Description
Established practice providing on-site medical services in Senior Apartment complexes. Several Indianapolis area locations. Office space and medical assistant provided. Permanent full-time, part-time or extended locum tenens scheduling. Approximate 5-7 hours daily including Saturday if desired. Medicare and NPI numbers necessary.
