Job Description
Work in a critical access hospital located less than one hour from Wichita, KS. Hospital is located in rural community and has a service draw of 400K from Wichita. Hospital owns and operates three rural health clinic (main clinic is attached to hospital) and wellness center. Currently they have two full time physicians, one part time and two full time mid-levels on staff. Group covers the ER with two PA's, two NP and the part time physician. With the above mix, the full-time physicians do not have to take primary call. The physicians simply back-up call every third week. The new physician would be located in their main clinic.
Hospital is looking for a physician who is motivated to work hard while at work and then go home and leave work behind as much as possible to the benefit of their families. Client pays a fair, guaranteed salary and offers a generous benefits package.
