Job Description

Practice currently has 6 providers and seeks a 7th associate. Call will be shared on a 1 in 6 rotation. Call is taken on a 1 week block of time, rounding and admitting patients of the group only. When on hospital call, there will be no office responsibilities. Local hospital is licensed for 310 beds. Hospital system will provide a competitive starting salary and full benefits package. When production exceeds base salary, (usually 12 months or sooner), physician can convert to the production model, with incentives being based on charges.
