Hospital is currently looking to recruit an Internist to join a practice. The practice is seeking another physician due to the need in the community. We currently have 9 primary care physicians 5 are closed to new patients and of the 4 that are accepting wait time is a month or longer. The Practice we are recruiting for has been in Lebanon for 20 years. It is very lucrative due to being heavily procedural oriented. The Physician in the practice sees an average of 30 patients a day. He has had numerous specialists over the years rotate through his office including OPH, ENT, PSYCH and currently has a cardiologist come in on Wednesdays. The practice has X-Ray in the office, a small lab, performs pulmonary function tests (PFT’s) and EKG’s in the office. Income Guarantee, with a Base Salary Amount of $180,000 + Incremental Practice Expense with an annual Bonus of around $20,000, Moving Expenses, Practice Consulting Assistance, Marketing Expense, Student Loan Reimbursement.
