Outstanding opportunity for family practitioners or internists to join our hospitalist team. hospitalists work 12-hour shifts, seven days on, seven days off. They provide 24-hour coverage for our medical center, rounding on admissions from our 13 family medicine outreach centers, as well as taking unassigned ED calls.
In your first year, you will rece ive $190K base salary plus incentive pay based on WRVUs. Years two and three of the pact are performance driven, as WRVU values will be increased dramatically. Based on average patient volumes, hospitalists now will receive $215K or more. Additional bonuses of up to $5K are available for meeting customer service goals. $3K/3 days CME allowance annually, $5K for moving expenses, $5K for relocation expenses.
