Internal Medicine physician needed in Baltimore Maryland. The physician will be making house calls in the Baltimore area. Physician will be driving themselves. Out of residency base will start at the greater of $110 000 or what their productivity generates. With productivity the full time docs normally earn about $135 000 to $150 000. This would be based on seeing about 1214 patients a day. They also pay for 2 weeks of vacation and one week of CME. They pay for all the malpractice including tail coverage. They pay for 50% of the health insurance. It is a Humana PPO. They pay $2500 for CME. They provide a car pay the car insurance and pay for the gas. The doctor will be on telephone call for one week and then will be off for 17 weeks. Docs find this very attractive. After a year of working here they can participate in the company 401K. Must want to do Geri work. Internist does not have to be BC. BE is fine but salary will be lower for BE physicians. No stress and a 5 day work week. No rounding no nights no weekends no holidays. A real 40 hour work week. Paper charts. Salaried position with full benefits to include malpractice. This is a national 14 year old company.
