1st Opportunity: Physician to do a split practice at (2) of our Medical Centers.
2nd Opportunity: to enter an established practice in our Medical Center with an existing patient panel of 1700+ patients.
These two are some of the fastest growing communities in western Massachusetts and one is an affluent community. They have excellent school systems. It is important to note that after 1-year time in the split practice; wherever the Physician grows the fastest that is where he will remain so he will not need to travel between centers.
We are a Hospital based Physician Group Practice. The right candidate would be an employee with a guaranteed based for a seasoned IM of $120K-140K and incentive for any visits beyond base. Earning potential in the established practice is $160K-175K.
