Beautiful Northern Michigan! INTERNAL MEDICINE BENEFITS SALARY is very competitive with potential for MERIT/PRODUCTIVITY COMPENSATION/BONUS: The incentive formula is based on “Medical Productivity” which is benchmarked against the most current compensation/productivity data available from the Medical Group Management Association for Integrated Medical Groups (hospital owned). A physician may at anytime during the guaranteed period of his/her contract, elect to convert to the incentive based salary. Comprehensive Health Insurance: Inclusive of Dental, Optical and Prescription. Hospital will pay 100% of the premium for Full Family coverage for full-time employees. Supplemental Insurances: Supplemental health, life and short term disability insurance coverage is available through payroll deduction for employees meeting eligibility requirements. Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment: Hospital provides a fully paid term Life Insurance policy for full-time employees, equal to one and one half (1 1/2) times salary to a maximum of $250,000. Provider may purchase additional life insurance. Short Term Disability Insurance: Full time employees become eligible for coverage up to 26 weeks of income to the employee equivalent to 70% of net weekly wages up to $Register or log in for contact information per week when off work is a result of non-job-related injury or illness. Long Term Disability Insurance: Full time employees are eligible for the equivalent to 60% of net weekly wages up to $Register or log in for contact information per month until the age of 65, and takes effect after short term disability ends, when off work is a result of non-job-related injury or illness. Professional Liability Insurance: All employees are covered while on Hospital premises or on assigned duties of the hospital.
