Job Description

On call rotation 1 in 4 or 5 weeks- (Monday through Sunday call week)

7. Medical Discounts. For services performed at Hospital, discounts are applied as follows: 50% discount on deductibles and 100% waiver of the 20% co-payment after the deductibles have been met. For doctor office visits, $Register or log in for contact information co-pay is required. For non-covered services, no discount is offered.
Allowance plus five working days per contract year (no carry-over to subsequent year).
V. PAID TIME OFF: A combination of vacation, sick days and personal time into one pool of paid time off for scheduled or unscheduled time away from work.
VII.
1. Pension Plan: Hospital will make a contribution equal to 2% of the employees compensation into a defined contribution Pension Plan for each calendar year of service in which the employees hours worked exceeds 1000 hours following one year of service. If the employee contributes an additional 2% of his/her compensation into the plan, Hospital will make a matching contribution equal to 2%. Employee contributions are 100% vested. Employer contributions vest at a rate of 20% per year, 100% vesting after five years.
2. Tax Deferred Annuity Account (403b): All full and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the retirement savings program, allowing employees to make contributions.
3. 457B Top Hat Annuity Account: Employees earning over $90,000 annually are eligible to participate in the retirement savings program, allowing for additional savings in conjunction with the Pension Plan and 403B plan.
