Job Description
Seeking 2 B/E-B/C IM physicians to join the MSG of primary and specialty care physicians, employed by the Hospital. Visa considered.
Full time traditional office practice rotating as a hospitalist when on call. Office located in medical building attached to hospital. Electronic Health Record shared with medical group. On call rotation 1 in 4 or 5 weeks- (Mon - Sun call week). Hospitalist duties include caring for inpatients, ED consults, stress testing etc. Not required to see patients in the office when on call.
The hospital has growing services for diagnostics, rehabilitation and recently completed renovation of outpatient service facilities. 24-hr ED, 22-bay Ambulatory/Surgery unit adjoining 3 OR and 4 procedure rooms, and Med/Surg unit among other services.

Base $150-$180k, paid malpractice , Health,Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, relo assistance, CME stipend/days, license/dues allowance, PTO and pension options.
2 Year Salary guarantee with option to convert to Incentive formula based on Medical Productivity. Physician may elect to convert at any time during the guaranteed period of their contract to the incentive based salary or will be phased in at the end of the 2 yr period. Physicians working under Incentive Based Salary are eligible for on-call per diem.
