Job Description
Seeking two board certified/eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a Multispecialty Medical Group of primary and specialty care physicians, employed by client.
• Full time traditional office practice rotating as a hospitalist when on call
• Office located in professional medical building attached to hospital
• Electronic Health Record shared with medical group
• On call rotation 1 in 4 or 5 weeks- (Monday through Sunday call week)
• Hospitalist duties include caring for inpatients, ED consults, stress testing and various
• Hospital procedures as needed
• Not required to see patients in the office when on call
• Due to clients size, not a lot of subspecialties available.
Compensation Information-2 Year Salary guarantee with option to convert to Incentive formula based on Medical Productivity. Physician may elect to convert at any time during the guaranteed period of their contract to the incentive based salary or will be phased in at the end of the 2 yr period. Physicians working under Incentive Based Salary are eligible for on-call per diem.
