Job Description
A Multi specialty 100% outpatient based practice with IM, FP, IM/Peds, Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Psychologist, Podiatrist and NP.
Medical Providers admit patients to Abbott Northwestern Hospital, a 612 bed facility. The hospital is 10-15 minutes from the clinic. Emergency Department is staffed 24 hours per day by own staff. The hospital is used for emergency care, specialty services and testing.
Call is 1:12
Specialists in Cardiology and general surgery visit the clinic on a regular basis.
Lab and X-ray are available on site with mammography, cardiac stress testing and flexible sigiodoscopy, bone densitometry and mobile echo and ultrasound.
Ultrasound and Echo Cardiology are available on a weekly basis.
Must be willing to see patients with trauma (sutures, ortho) and urgent care experience is desired.
