Job Description
The Practice:
• Seeking a BC Internal Medicine physician to join a group of 18 doctors
• Group consists of 1 PED, 2 IM, 1 OB/GYN, 2 Gen Surgeons, 10 FP’s, 1FNP, and 1 PA
• Group sees an average of 400+ patients a day
• Partnership after 1 year
• Call will be 1:3
• Salary of $160,000 and production
o RVU Comp Formula
o 1/3 equal
o 2/3 RVU
• Duration of Guarantee/Forgiveness is 2 years
• Negotiable Signing Bonus
• Incentive Plan
• Relocation Assistance
• 401k, Health, Life, and Disability Provided
• 5 weeks time off in 1st year including CME and $1,000 allowance
• 25 bed facility with 4 ICU Beds
• 2000 Annual Admissions, 220 Births, and 9,900 ER Visits
