Job Description
A Board Certified Family Practice physician is being sought to immediately join an existing physician and two nurse practitioners in a rapidly, growing outpatient only practice. The physician would be an employee of the group practice at a base salary of $160K and a bonus of 50% of profit after overhead. Potential earnings projected to be 200K+ during year two. Benefits include ten vacation days, ten CME days/$2,500 allowance; paid health insurance; and 401(k) with partial match. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Anticipated volume is 30 to 35 patients a day. Clinic call will be 1:8 with the new physician. There is no hospital or unreferred ER call since area hospitalists are utilized to oversee the management of inpatient care.
