Job Description

Specialty: Internal Medicine
Location: North-Central Montana
Coverage Dates: Sept. 8 - ongoing until a permanent physician has been identified
**This need originally was scheduled to start in May, but due to no physicians being available
the physician decided to stay a few more months.
Practice Type: Hospital-Based Multi-Specialty Group
Schedule: 8am - 10am rounding at the hospital
10am - 5pm in the clinic seeing patients
Call Rotation: 1 in 4 weekdays and weekends
# of Patients: 15-16 per day
% of Practice: 20% adult, 80% geriatric
Avg # of Hospital Pts: Per day: 2 admissions; 2-4 inpatients; 2 ICU

My point of contact has indicated the hospital privileging process would take between 2-3 weeks.

Pay rate: $70/hour for clinic hours; $105/hour for overtime after 40 hours per week; additional pay for weekday
and weekend call.

We will handle your transportation and housing arrangements and cover your medical malpractice insurance.
